Reiki

Energy healing for the whole person — in person and at a distance.

Reiki is a Japanese technique of channeling universal life force energy to promote a sense of deep relaxation which can in turn support the body's own healing processes. A distance session works the same way as an in-person one: at an agreed time, you rest comfortably at home while the session is sent remotely. Most people experience deep relaxation, warmth, or a sense of lightness; some notice emotional release or new clarity in the days that follow.

Sessions are held live over video — FaceTime or Zoom. We begin with a brief check-in, move into the session itself, and close with a brief check-out. Sixty minutes, from wherever you are.

First session — $60. A low-commitment way to experience the work.

Single session — $125. Sixty minutes, live over video.
